Industrial Automation Decision Platform
Analyse the process.Evaluate technology.Secure the investment.
Analyse your process, compare suitable automation options, and receive a technically and economically defensible decision basis.
Automation starts with the process, not the robot
Understand processes
Workflow, cycle time, payload and constraints are captured in a structured way and broken down into traceable steps with AI support.
Compare solutions
Cobot, industrial robot, special-purpose machine or AMR: solution classes and systems are assessed by process fit, independently of manufacturers.
Secure decisions
In the full assessment, ROI/TCO analysis and expert review condense the result into a robust decision basis.
The problem
Why robotics decisions are often late, too expensive, or driven by vendor bias
Datasheets show specifications. They do not show whether a solution truly fits your process, constraints, and business case.
Brand bias instead of process fit
Well-known manufacturers or preferred suppliers often win before the objectively best option is evaluated.
Static evaluation instead of process logic
Spreadsheets, datasheets, and gut feeling do not replace structured process assessment.
Weak business case
Without credible cycle-time, integration, and ROI logic, decisions break down in management review.
One output for every stakeholder
Engineering, operations, and management work from the same decision basis
For engineering
Validate process fit, task structure, constraints, and technical suitability.
For operations
Gain transparency on cycle time, throughput, ergonomics, and workflow impact.
For management
Use credible ROI/TCO logic and clear investment-ready documentation.
From process to decision
From real process data to defensible automation decisions
Each step adds traceable evidence to the decision basis — from the process data to the approved recommendation.

Carton palletizing
Executive Summary
Three technology options were checked against the same requirement profile for carton palletizing. Payload is within class range for all three; for the collaborative cell, reach needs to be verified on the model. The rate is only confirmed by checking a specific model.
The business case depends on verified operating assumptions.

Frequently Asked Questions
How exactly does the AI video analysis work?
In the full Assessment, you upload a video of your manual process. An AI model (Google Gemini) breaks it down into individual work steps and estimates how long each one takes. System selection evaluates the requirements from your questionnaire, such as payload and reach. Both results are checked in the expert review before release.
Are my process data and intellectual property (IP) secure?
Your video is transferred directly to private Cloudflare R2 storage via a time-limited upload link. Only reviewers authorised by AutoFlow Robotics can view it. For the AI analysis, the video is sent to Google Gemini.
Which robot manufacturers does your database cover?
Our evaluation is vendor-neutral and data-driven. The catalogue includes models from KUKA, Universal Robots, ABB, FANUC and Yaskawa, among others, including cobots and mobile robots (AMR/AGV).
What happens if the AI cannot clearly identify the process?
In the full Assessment, our expert team reviews and approves every AI video analysis before you receive the report and results. Where needed, the experts adjust parameters manually. The Mini-Assessment provides an instant first estimate without expert review.
How exactly is the ROI (Return on Investment) calculated?
The ROI estimate compares the investment (hardware plus integration effort) with personnel costs, which are derived from your shift model, the number of workers per shift and an adjustable hourly rate. Running costs are applied as a flat share. The result is a payback estimate that is checked in the expert review of the full Assessment.
