General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope of Application

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the "AutoFlow Robotics" platform as well as to all business relationships between the provider (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer").

(2) Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary General Terms and Conditions of the Customer shall not become part of the contract, even if known, unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.

§ 2 Subject Matter of the Service

(1) The Provider makes a platform available for analyzing automation potential and comparing industrial robots.

(2) The suggestions generated by the algorithms serve only as a guide and do not replace professional on-site consulting by a certified integrator.

§ 3 Prices and Offers

(1) All prices mentioned on the platform for robot hardware, accessories, and estimated total investments (turnkey prices) are non-binding and do not constitute a legally binding offer to the Customer.

(2) These price indications serve exclusively for comparability between different manufacturers and systems. They are intended only to provide the Customer with an initial budget indication for the planned automation concept. A binding offer for system integration always requires individual examination, project planning, and risk assessment.

§ 4 Liability

(1) Liability is excluded for damage to legal assets other than life, body, or health, unless the damage is based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior of the Provider, a legal representative, or vicarious agent.
